Fire Conference in Hong Kong
5 to 7 June 2008
Day 1 - Thursday, 5 June 2008
Dear Mission Partners,
The Convention Centre in Hong Kong was packed with all its overflows. Never have so many pastors from Mainland China attended a conference in Hong Kong, we are told. I was awed by the passion of these dear people of God. How hungry they are for the Word and Fire of God. It is to me as if the Lord has opened a new chapter and that China will be blessed with the love of God as never before.
We are three days here “in full flight”, the last day being a “Love Your Neighbour” Crusade at the Expo, which can hold 18,000 people. Please pray for us and China. It is a new day!
In His love and service,
Reinhard Bonnke and the CfaN-Team.

Day 2 - Friday, 6 June 2008
Dear Mission Partners,
Today was a truly glorious day. Peter van den Berg, Daniel Kolenda and I ministered the Word of God! The power of God fell with such might, that it was demanding to take it in! But these wonderful Chinese Christians did it! (See attached picture by Rob Birkbeck). All of us here have a powerful sense of God beginning something new and glorious. The young people seem to be the vanguard – “sons and daughters prophesying”, as Prophet Joel put it... We are also convinced that our Full Flame Film Series will play a major role in this part of the world.
On the other hand, we remain committed to a “Blood-washed Africa”, yet do our part in the world, as the Lord directs us. Thank you for your love and support.
For a lost world to be saved,
Right here from Hong Kong,
Reinhard Bonnke and the CfaN-Team.

Day 3 - Saturday, 7 June 2008
Dear Mission Partners,
This day was full of blessing and drama. Peter van den Berg preached in the morning. It was a real highlight! When he served Holy Communion the cross of Jesus was so real, that these dear Chinese Christians were weeping openly; it was heart-touching. In the afternoon I ministered in the last service of the Fire Conference and laid hands on all 5,000 delegates. It was glorious. Then we were to change the venue to the EXPO CONVENTION CENTER at the new Hong Kong Airport, but because of heavy rains a landslide blocked the freeway. Only at 4 PM were we told that one lane had been cleared. Announcements on radio/TV as well as innumerable SMS did the rest – and 15,000 people showed up. (See picture by R. Birkbeck). We had a delayed start, but saw a mighty move of the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We were back in the hotel after midnight.
Thank you for all your love support. We are reapers, not sweepers! We want to bring in the sheaves. “He shall see the travail of His soul and shall be satisfied.”
In His love and service,
Reinhard Bonnke and the CfaN-Team.

God's fire in China
<«Surely the LORD our God has shown us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice from the midst of the fire.» Deuteronomy 5:24
For the first time in its 35 year history, Christ for all Nations conducted two Fire Conferences and a Gospel Crusade meeting in two countries in less than two weeks. The result was a series of ground-breaking and history-making conferences that could change the landscape of ministry and play a major role in the salvation of China as a whole!
Fanning the Flame
An electric sense of anticipation filled the air when the delegates from all provinces of China and regions of Asia assembled for the Fire Conference in Hong Kong. Each one came hungry for the Word of God, and expectant for the empowering Fire of God. The conference was a first-time experience for many of the delegates, most of whom had never been to a Christian meeting with more than 20 people. Some 3,800 people were fully sponsored delegates, receiving their accommodation, meals, materials, and transportation completely free. Worshipping with over 5,000 brothers and sisters must have seemed like heaven! As the worship group launched into song, the floor literally shook under the jubilant dancing of the crowd. Some fell to their knees, others wept tears of joy as the Spirit of God stirred in their hearts, preparing them to receive the Word of God.
Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke and CfaN’s Peter van den Berg, Daniel Kolenda, and John Mitchell roused the crowd to Holy Spirit evangelism with anointed messages. Every word uttered seemed to be captured and stored in the hearts of the delegates like treasure. Not only were the attendees inspired to evangelism but they were given tools to spread the Gospel. Every single delegate received their own copy of the Chinese Full Flame Film Series complete with a copy of Reinhard Bonnke’s book Evangelism by Fire and materials to be able to replicate additional sets. For the climax of the week’s meetings, Bonnke ministered in the last service of the Fire Conference and laid hands on all delegates.
Loving the Lost
At the urging of the churches, Christ for all Nations also held a special, one night evangelistic outreach – the Love Your Neighbor Celebration. The event, organized in conjunction with the combined churches of Hong Kong, was targeted to reach the lost in the city. The celebration was free and open to the public and free transport for participants was organized throughout the area as an outreach.
On the day of the crusade meeting, heavy rain inundated all of Hong Kong, resulting in a “Black Rain” – the most serious weather warning from the government. For the first time in 11 years, a landslide blocked the road to the venue for the Love Your Neighbor Celebration out at the airport. Faced with a decision on whether to change the crusade venue at the last minute or proceed, CfaN and all the Fire Conference delegates cried out to God.
At 4 p.m., just hours before the meeting was to start, CfaN was notified that one lane had been cleared, and the Love Your Neighbor Celebration went forward despite all odds. Literally hundreds of buses convoyed over 15,000 people to the Asia World-Expo. All were touched, and many lives were gloriously saved for eternity.
Reaching Taiwan and beyond
Following the two events in Hong Kong, the CfaN team traveled to Taiwan for another Fire Conference. The Lin Kou Stadium could only accommodate 13,000, so an additional 25,000 people gathered in churches to participate live in the conference via web cast throughout Taiwan. Some110 churches across the nation shared in the worship, teaching, and communion. Each person, whether in the stadium or at a church received a copy of the Full Flame Film Series and Reinhard Bonnke’s book Evangelism by Fire. Additional television broadcasts via GoodTV will saturate Taiwan, China, and all of Asia with the compelling message of winning the lost for Jesus Christ!
As in Hong Kong, the pastors and church leaders were gripped with Bonnke’s ministry of the Word of God and a fire was ignited in the hearts of everyone present. The Great Commission became the mandate for living out Christianity and for reaching the lost. As the delegates go “into all the world,” untold scores of people will be impacted by the life-changing Gospel.
China will be saved
The fields of China are ripe unto harvest, and harvesters within China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan are being raised up to reach them. A passionate desire to reach the lost in burning in hearts and the Spirit is already moving. What some thought impossible is already happening by the saving grace of God –China is being saved!
Dear Mission Partners!
The recent meetings in Hong Kong and Taiwan were both a culmination of many years of groundwork in the region and the beginning of what we sense is a new day of salvation for China as a whole. My team and I were amazed and truly blessed as we experienced the move of God as we had long dreamed and prayed for in this part of the world.
Outpouring Overflow in Hong Kong
There was such excitement for the Fire Conference in Hong Kong – right from the beginning. Registration was fully booked within two weeks and many more were put on a waiting list. The Convention Centre in Hong Kong was packed including the overflows with over four thousand delegates coming from China! I was truly awed and humbled by the passion of these dear people. How hungry they are for the redemptive Word and empowering Fire of God!
We also held a one-night Gospel Crusade to reach the lost in Hong Kong. To accommodate the maximum number of people, we decided to use a different venue for that event, the Asia-World Expo. On the day of the crusade, the heaviest rainfall in Hong Kong’s recorded history caused a landslide that blocked the freeway. Only a few hours before the crusade was to beging were we told that one lane had been cleared. Despite the weather and traffic, 15,000 people came and the venue was totally filled! We had a delayed start, but saw a mighty move of the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
Taiwan touched by God
After Hong Kong, we went straight on to Taiwan for the next Fire Conference. In addition to the 13,000 people that packed the indoor stadium, 25,000 people gathered in churches across the nation to watch and participate with us by way of webcast. Additionally, four satellites will shortly broadcast the meetings across Taiwan, China, and all of Asia through GoodTV! The Fire of God fell gloriously in the Lin Kou Stadium – and we know it also reached the hearts of every person watching, and who will watch – whether in one of the 110 churches that joined in the live webcast or by the upcoming broadcasts right across China.
A new Chapter for China
My entire team and I all have a powerful sense of God beginning something new and glorious. To me, this was a high-water mark and it is as if the Lord has opened a new chapter for the salvation of China as a whole. China will be saved!
Yours in his love and service,
Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke
