Day 1 - Wednesday, 21 February 2007

Dear Mission-Partners,

We just returned to the Governor’s Lodge from our first crusade-meeting in Oshogbo. I preached my heart out and we saw a very high percentage of the people receive Jesus as their personal Savior! “O what a Savior, o Hallelujah”. Miracles of healings also occurred. A paralyzed man walked and a dumb girl spoke. We are only at the beginning and expect a mighty increase in every way.

Your prayers and support continue to help bring in a marvelous harvest! Please continue to pray for us and the people of Oshogbo!

Day 2 - Thursday, 22 February 2007

Dear Mission-Partners,

The Fire Conference started and many church-workers have registered for it. “You shall receive power after that the Holy Spirit has come upon you” Jesus said in Acts 1:8 and it is true for today. Humans are not meant to depend on human strength; we are meant to be power-assisted by the Holy Spirit.

Tonight was a great increase in attendance as well as a huge altar-call. And God TV was present with a team of over 20 to telecast this Gospel Crusade live in 200 countries across the world. This is almost too wonderful to be true. I trust you will be able to tune in and “be with us here” in Oshogbo,Nigeria. Their telecast will be every day until Sunday, as of 19.00 hours Central European Time. A big thank-you to Rory and Wendy Alec!

Also today, some wonderful miracles happened! A woman unable to walk for a long time stood up and walked perfectly, etc. We are rejoicing!

Day 3 - Friday, 23 February 2007

Dear Mission-Partners,

“Today salvation shall come to this house...” was my theme tonight, and how true it became for a great multitude of people. Jesus entered many hearts and homes. The Gospel Crusade is in full swing. Heaven seems to touch earth right here in Oshogbo. For the first time ever we are having a TV uplink by God TV and the meetings can be seen in 200 nations around the globe. Maybe you could join in as well.

The picture shows a couple who could not have children, but after prayer during our crusade in 2001, the Lord gave them this beautiful daughter and son. Many other miracles happened.

Tomorrow morning is the conclusion of the Fire Conference. I expect a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Please pray for the weekend. We also pray for you.

Day 4 - Saturday, 24 February 2007

Dear Mission-Partners,

Today the Fire Conference was a mighty highlight. The power of God fell with great force on the huge crowd. It was truly glorious! Then came the evening service.

GOD TV again transmitted the whole meeting across the whole world. I trust you have been able to tune in and enjoy true African evangelism and worship. Tomorrow (Sunday) is the last time.

Multitudes were saved and healed. We only had a few testimonies, but they were heart-moving. A total cripple experienced complete healing and so did another woman, who even looked as if she was at the brink of death. The Lord is present to heal, for which we thank him heartily.

Day 5 - Sunday, 24 February 2007

Dear Mission-Partners,

I just returned from the last meeting of this Gospel Crusade. What a crowd and what a blessing. Hundreds of thousands of people prayed the prayer of salvation it was glorious! And the miracles! A well-known witch surrendered to Jesus and cleaned up his old life. A retired police-officer, who had been totally blind for years, received perfect sight. The crowd was roaring praises to the Lord.

GOD TV was again in action. Wow! We have never experienced a live transmission across the whole world. E-mail with prayer-requests came from all over the earth and we had the honor to bring them to the throne of God.

Thank you, for your love and support. We are now preparing for next month’s crusade in the city of Aba, Nigeria. Please continue to pray for us.

Salvation, the greatest Miracle of all

Two great Gospel Crusades in Ado Ekiti and Oshogbo (Nigeria)

"And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord; it shall rejoice in His salvation" Psalms 35:9

Both campaigns, which ran almost back-to-back, were a wonderful demonstration of God’s power and strength to save! During these harvest days, hundreds of thousands made positive salvation decisions – individuals among the multitudes, each one with their personal life-changing testimony and each one a demonstration of the greatest miracle of all!
Lives were radically impacted, demonic strongholds were broken, and night after night the Gospel message and a call to receive Jesus was proclaimed.

Just as it is promised, many healings followed the preaching of the word the paralyzed walked, and the dumb spoke. One night a well-known witch surrendered to Jesus. He burned his fetishes, gave testimony before the delighted crowds and committed his life to serve the King of Kings! There is great rejoicing in Heaven when even one turns to Christ and much jubilation among the throng that witnessed God’s saving power in action!

Each day at the ‘Fire Conferences’, Bonnke passionately inspired church leaders and workers, to step out for God and to enfire their passion for the lost. ‘Those that are not reaching the lost, are lost themselves!’ he shared as he pressed home the urgency of the hour and the need to send workers into the harvest fields of the world. These are more than ‘conferences,’ these are times of impartation where soul-winners are multiplied, challenged, and equipped to reach the lost in their cities and throughout the nations.

Das Follow-up Literature, the crucial Bridge!
CfaN’s „Now that you are saved“ booklets form a bridge between the convert and the local church. They are the vital, meaningful, link in the follow-up chain that connects the new believer to a Bible-believing church. Each night, the sea of responding hands is followed up by an army of counselors. The key points of salvation are personally reiterated, decision cards are filled in and the need to become part of a living church explained, (just as a ‘living baby’ needs a ‘living mother’). A wave of individual prayers goes out across the crusade grounds as the counselors pray for each and every convert. These are no longer strangers in a dark world, these are now new believers, each one brother and sisters in Christ.

Five full shipping containers of these booklets were positioned at each crusade site the week before the campaigns. In another part of the country another 21 containers full have just arrived from the printers and are being made ready for future crusades. The preaching, the follow-up, the connection to the church … all vital and essential aspects of each and every Great Gospel Campaign.

Global Impact
For the first time ever, a CfaN Crusade was broadcast live, by satellite, direct from the Oshogbo crusade site, via studios and rebroadcast stations in Jerusalem, Washington and England, to countless millions of homes in over 200 nations. In a partnership with Rory and Wendy Alec of GOD TV, a live studio and satellite base station was flown in from South Africa and set up to make such an up-link possible. Experiencing the crusade via broadcast, one viewer reported “while Reinhard Bonnke prayed, I could feel the action of the Holy Spirit!” Others responded sharing testimonies of healings that had occurred while watching the crusade right in their own homes! The Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit transcends all barriers and borders and reaches out to wherever there is a need … and an open heart.

Dear Mission-Partners,

People often ask me what is the greatest miracle we’ve seen in our Gospel Crusades. It is true that we have seen unbelievable healings and deliverances that defy modern science and human understanding, and for which we praise God. But sickness is not the greatest evil, so healing is not the greatest miracle. Sin is the greatest evil – therefore, salvation is the greatest miracle. Jesus said, “there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance” (Luke 15:7). We share Heaven’s joy in the greatest miracle of all – salvation!

God’s plan for the salvation of the world involves us as instruments through which He can work. The great miracle of salvation is of the Lord; yet he calls us to be involved in saving the world and to share his joy in the success of his plans: “Come and share your master’s happiness!” The Father has special joy when the godless turn to him and, as he loves us, his aim is to bless us with the same divine level of joy. I cannot think of any greater thing that you or I could do, and no privilege surpasses it.

Double Blessing – Ado Ekiti and Oshogbo Crusades
We were witnesses and participants in this very miracle – God’s salvation – in our recent crusades in Ado Ekiti and Oshogbo where we saw a mighty harvests of souls, over 550,000 made registered decisions for Jesus Christ! What joy there must be in Heaven for multiplied miracles of salvation! Thank you so very much for all your prayers and help.
