Choosing the winner
On 1 October 2010, 7 finalists will be drawn at random from the entries. Each finalist will be contacted by telephone and interviewed. The winner will be chosen from the finalists after prayer by the CfaN team.

Conditions of entry

Please read the following information carefully. Only participants who fulfil all the requirements will be eligible for entry in the prize draw.

The first prize is a trip for 2 to a CfaN Great Gospel Campaign with Evangelists Reinhard Bonnke and Daniel Kolenda. The winner is entitled to invite his/her spouse, relative, friend or guest of his/her choosing to accompany him/her. The prize includes a return flight (tourist class) from Frankfurt am Main airport, local transport in Africa including transfer to and from the hotel to the campaign site, hotel accommodation in a double room and meals. Personal items (souvenirs, minibar, telephone, etc.) and the cost of transfer to and from Frankfurt airport (Germany) are not included.

Who can enter?

The “Win a Free Missions Trip to Africa” competition is open to residents of the following countries who are 18 years of age or older on the date of the draw.

Employees of CfaN, E-R Productions GmbH or the Stiftung Reinhard Bonnke Foundation, members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the draw.

How to enter

The last date for entry in the competition is 30 September 2010. One condition of entry is that all personal data are accurate. Incorrect or falsified personal data will lead to exclusion from the competition. Also excluded are people who use prohibited aids or attempt to gain an advantage by manipulation or deception.

To be entered for the draw, you must complete the online registration form and send it by clicking on the “Send” button. Each entrant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of his/her email and/or postal address. By sending his/her address, the entrant agrees to information material being sent to him/her by post.

How the winner will be chosen

The selection procedure begins with 7 entrants being drawn at random. Each of these finalists will then be contacted by telephone and interviewed. The winner will be chosen prayerfully by the CfaN team.

The remaining finalists will be awarded a “School of Fire” study book by Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke.

CfaN has sole responsibility and authority for choosing the winner. Entrants have no legal claim to a prize. CfaN’s decision is final.

The winner will be required to provide, within seven (7) days from the date of receiving notification of his/her selection, a written statement confirming that he/she – and his/her chosen travelling companion – will take part in the trip and that he/she is in a physical and psychological condition to do so. Travel insurance will be arranged by CfaN.

What is included

The first prize is an all expenses paid trip for 2 (the winner and a travelling companion of his/her choosing) to a CfaN Great Gospel Campaign in a town in Africa. The prize includes a return flight (tourist class) from Frankfurt am Main, local transport in Africa including transfers to and from the hotel and the campaign site, hotel accommodation in a double room and meals.
Personal items (souvenirs, minibar, telephone, etc), the cost of transfer to and from Frankfurt airport and any other costs not specifically stated are not included.

Conditions of participation

The winner and his or her chosen companion must hold valid passports for their country of citizenship and must secure the entry visas required for Nigeria. Their passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Nigeria. Evidence of the necessary inoculations must also be provided. The winner is responsible for complying with all necessary Nigerian regulations governing the trip.

By taking part in the draw, the entrants accept the conditions of participation. The prize is not transferable. There is no cash substitute for the prize. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of CfaN’s travel conditions. Entrants undertake to comply with CfaN’s requirements and instructions regarding the trip. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for CfaN to use the winner’s name in reports and for advertising and promotional purposes without the need for further agreement, unless prohibited by law.

Entrants agree to be bound by the liability exclusion and the data protection rules.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold CfaN, its respective directors, officers and employees harmless for any loss, theft, injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the contest.

This includes changes to flight and transport schedules and changes to the trip caused by force majeure, e.g. strikes, war, internal disturbances, natural or other disasters, epidemics, environmental pollution, instructions issued by the authorities, etc.

CfaN shall be liable only for damage caused deliberately or as a result of gross negligence by CfaN or one its assistants or by breach of cardinal duties. CfaN shall also be held harmless for damage caused by CfaN to life, body and/or health.

The winner shall have no claim to a particular date for the trip. If the trip does not take part on the planned date, the prize shall be forfeited.

CfaN shall not be held responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or announcement of the competition, administration of the competition or the announcement of the prize.

If the potential prizewinner does not respond to the telephone call or email following the initial draw within three days, his/her entry shall be forfeited. He/she shall not be entitled to take part in the subsequent selection procedure.

CfaN shall bear no responsibility or liability for computer error or technical malfunction of any kind, particularly in connection with communication by internet, telephone, email, etc. This applies, in particular, to damage caused by defects, delays or interruptions to operations or transmission, the breakdown of the technical equipment or services, erroneous content, the loss or deletion of data and viruses. It shall not apply to theft or the destruction of the systems or storage media containing the data.  

CfaN reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without warning and without giving any grounds for doing so. CfaN shall take advantage of this possibility, in particular, if, for technical reasons (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation or hardware or software errors) or for legal reasons, the draw can not be conducted in an appropriate manner.

Should individual provisions prove invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

No legal recourse is permitted.
